Image RollNow! online help
Step by step: Making image roll-overs What's an image roll-over?
This is the simplest roll-over effect, an image roll-over is an image on a webpage which changes to another image when the mouse pointer is over it and restores to the first image when the mouse goes out of it. This image effect is usually implemented using javascript.
How to make an image roll-over?
1.Choose two images.
To make this roll-over effect you need two different images, one of them will appear when the mouse is not over the button, you have to choose this image as the 'primary image' in Image RollNow!
You also have to check the checkbox 'set secondary image' and choose as secondary image the one that you want to be displayed when the mouse is over the main one.
2.Set a link.
Once you have done that, you can optionally set a link to point to a url which will be loaded when the button is clicked and a target frame,if your page has no frames then leave this option unselected.
You can now preview your roll-over image in a true html doc, click 'preview'.
3.Save code.
Now that your roll-over effect is ready, you can save it to include it in your html pages, to do so you have to click on 'Generate'. Two options will appear, 'save' which will save the roll-over script to a .js file, and 'get code' which will generate some lines of code which must be pasted into your html page.
Once the .js file is saved and the generated code is saved to your html page, the image roll-over is done!
